Unloading Solutions

The great specialty of Innofreight is that we are not only putting rolling equipment on the rails, but also develop total logistics solutions together with our customers. An important part is the unloading of the containers. Therefore, depending on the local conditions, we offer mobile rotary unloading forklifts or stationary unloading systems. We not only efficiently optimize transportation, but the unloading process as well.

Maintenance remains in our hands even during operation. In this way we enable a holistic optimization of the logistics chain from loading to unloading. All systems guarantee the highest level of operational safety under all conditions.

Stationary unloading machine

Our stationary unloading machines enable complete unloading all year round. Maintenance and servicing are carried out on site by our system supervisors. The entire system is semi-automatic and operated by one person from a cabin. Our unloading stations are compact and regular samples are taken automatically. A wide variety of raw materials can be unloaded depending on the requirements and the concept is constantly being optimized.

Rotary Forklift

Whenever a mobile solution is required, our rotary unloading forklifts are ideal. The container can be moved with the forklift and the unloading does not necessarily have to take place next to the rails. They can be used flexible and unload up to 500 tons per hour. One container only takes three to five minutes. The forklift is selected depending on the size of the container and the density of the material that is being transported.

Unloading Solution for the ChemieTainer

We have developed a third unloading system especially for the ChemieTainer. Consisting of a terminal tractor, a translifter and a cassette, this solution enables a high degree of flexibility. When the unloading point is reached, the container is loaded onto the cassette and can therefore be unloaded anywhere. The translifter and cassette are connected to each other and fixed in place with twist locks. This means that the vehicle can be moved during unloading and a tipping angle of up to 55 degrees is possible. The entire process is controlled with by remote, which further increases safety in the workplace.
