Innofreight has been successfully developing and implementing rail-based innovative logistics systems for different industries (paper and pulp, steel, power plants, building materials, etc.) for 20 years. We are now looking for a Controller (m/f/d) to expand our team at the headquarter.

Your area of responsibility

  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts incl. rolling adjustment
  • Implementation and optimization of the planning process
  • Establishment and further development of profit and cost center reporting, as well as internal cost allocation
  • Coordination and preparation of monthly group reporting and analysis of selected business processes, as well as identification of improvement potentials
  • Further development of controlling tools and the KPI landscape
  • Participation in current controlling projects, as well as in quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Data maintenance in the BMD NTCS system

Your profile

  • Degree in economics (University/FH) with specialization in finance/controlling
  • Several years of experience especially in project controlling
  • In addition to a profound handling of MS Office (especially Excel), experience with BMD NTCS is an advantage
  • Solution- and result-oriented working style with a high degree of self-organization
  • Sparring partner for management and Head of Departments
  • Contact and team skills with hands-on mentality
  • Pleasure in the further development of employee and controlling tools
  • Analytical thinking and result-oriented work style
  • Good knowledge of English required (spoken and written)

An attractive annual gross salary starting at EUR 43,000 with the willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
