Your area of responsibility
- Billing and allocation of maintenance work based on contracts
- Supporting the financial management of maintenance projects
- Reviewing invoices and contractual billing criteria
- Serving as the point of contact for internal departments (Finance, Sales, etc.) regarding billing and claims issues
- Supporting operational units with commercial matters related to claims
Your profile
- Completed technical or business training (HTL, HAK, or similar)
- Professional experience in billing, bookkeeping, or accounting is a plus
- A structured, precise, and numerically oriented approach to work, as well as strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with standard MS Office applications (especially Excel) and, ideally, experience with ERP or payroll systems (BMD is a plus)
- Enjoy interacting with internal and external stakeholders and possess a friendly, service-oriented demeanor
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Written and spoken English

We offer an annual gross salary on a full-time basis starting at €40,000.00 (based on the collective bargaining agreement for freight forwarding and logistics), with a willingness to pay above the standard rate for candidates with relevant experience and qualifications.
