Quality Management Officer (m/f/d)

Innofreight has been successfully developing innovative wagons, containers and unloading systems for rail freight transport for over 20 years. We’re looking for new team members to join us with immediate effect! Do you have a good grasp of complex management systems, drive process optimisation and actively support us in implementing forward-looking changes to standards? Then you’ve come to the right place!

Your area of responsibility

  • Management systems: Further development, maintenance and monitoring of our integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001), including preparation for and support with upcoming standard updates (e.g. ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026)
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all normative, statutory and internal requirements in the areas of quality, energy and environmental management
  • Process management: Establishing, documenting and further developing our business processes to ensure process compliance and efficiency
  • Risk and opportunity management: Ongoing development of the management system through the systematic identification, assessment and monitoring of risks and opportunities

Your profile

  • Completed technical training (HTL, university of applied sciences or university) or several years’ relevant professional experience
  • Good IT skills
  • Good written and spoken English for an international or modern working environment
  • In-depth knowledge of current ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001). Knowledge of ISO 31000 (risk management) or ISO 15085-2 is an added bonus, as is expertise in process management
  • A high degree of self-organisation and initiative, as well as a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient approach to work

We offer an annual gross salary on a full-time basis starting at €42,000.00 (based on the collective agreement for logistics and freight forwarding), with a willingness to pay above the standard rate for candidates with relevant experience and qualifications.
