WoodLocker Stanchion systems are transport security means for transporting wood and other goods. The patented Innofreight stanchion system joins primarily flexibility of a turnable stanchion (foldable) with stability of a fixed stanchion.

The central element is the so-called stanchion shoe which bears the forces that work on the stanchion, absorbs it and transfers to the loading plate. The turn bolt itself bears no transverse force and serves only for folding. Folding proceeds after raising the far-movable stanchion shoe which in this way releases the stanchion. As an essential element a spring is provided which is constructed in such a way that it facilitates folding and erecting of the stanchion. Folded stanchions are fixed in this position with a lever.

The stanchion system is used both in railway area (WoodRailer), and also in road traffic (WoodTrailer) and enables a multifunctional usage of the base vehicle.
